Shipping and Delivery

Pricing for the following products:
  • Stools and Ottomans (single piece)
  • Rugs and Carpets (one- or 2-pieces depending on size)
  • Accessories (maximum 5 pieces depending on size)
    • Delivery Free: DKI Jakarta (non-discounted items)
    • 100.000rp: DKI Jakarta (discounted items)
    • 150.000rp: PIK 2, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi
    • Outside these areas, pricing determined per location/products purchased

  1. Before any delivery you’ll be contacted by “GRANDOME INDONESIA” or affiliated stores to confirm address and availability.
  2. Incorrect shipping info is your responsibility.
  3. A “Shipment Sheet” must be signed and returned within 5 working days.
  4. Defective products must be reported within 3 days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective or wrong items.
Post Delivery

  • After-sales service is handled by our authorized retailers. For this type of request, please contact an authorized retailer who will notify the company and will make every effort to find a solution to the problem.

  • Any order must be cancelled/modified within 3 days starting from the invoice validation date, past this delay, your order will be processed, and so, cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if they have already been made or shipped.
  • There are no exceptions to the above policy, so we strongly encourage customers to review their selections in detail and reach out to our Interior Design team at support@grandome.id with any questions or concerns before placing an order.

  • In the unlikely event that you suspect your product has a manufacturing defect, please send photos of the defect to support@grandome.id as soon as possible so that our team can evaluate. If we determine that your piece is in fact defective, we will arrange to repair it to a perfect condition. Grandome guarantees the replacement or the repair within 3 months.
Warranty

“GRANDOME INDONESIA” offers a 2 years (24 months) warranty covering any manufacturing defect on its products under the following conditions:

  • This warranty starts from the delivery date indicated on the “Shipment Sheet” provided with any delivery. This document must be signed, dated and returned by the customer within a week (or 5 working days) by the means of his choice to claim the warranty.
  • Our warranty does not cover products, parts and materials listed there:
    1. Fabric covers
    2. Leather covers
    3. Natural fibres rattan
    4. Cushions and pillows
    5. Lighting and other electrical mechanisms
  • Any ready-stock item must be returned:
    1. Within 3 days starting from the delivery date (indicated on the “Shipment Sheet”).
    2. Unused or in perfect condition, the products will be inspected once returned by "GRANDOME INDONESIA" or affiliated stores within 3 days.
    3. Within the original packaging
    4. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Our guarantee wouldn’t apply on the following situations:
    1. Any damage caused by negligence or an improper use of the goods
    2. Any damage caused by accident or a forceful use of the goods
    3. Natural degradation caused by environmental and/or lack of maintenance
    4. Artificial degradation caused by erroneous maintenance
    5. Changes occurring due to a normal use of the product.

  • Grandome reserves the right to replace or repair the defective product according to the one that suits it best. Whichever it chooses, Grandome guarantees the replacement or the repair within 3 months.
